OVERVIEW:
Big Freedia is the Queen of Bounce and a New Orleans icon. I had the opportunity to illustrate merchandise and packaging that was fun, bright and full of life — a reflection of the Queen Diva herself.
THE CHALLENGE
Create merchandise and packaging the reflected Big Freedia and her brand.
THE SOLUTION
With vivid colors and a free flowing swirl pattern in combination with fun “twerk girl“ illustrations, the packaging is a reflection of the expression, energy and joy of dance and music.
