Overview:
After years of experience in the service industry, Lauren Chaar noticed a lack in the the New Orleans cocktail scene—coffee. She combined her passion for coffee and her experience with cocktails to open Roasted On The Rocks—a boutique cafe and bar specializing in coffee and coffee inspired cocktails as well as a small bites.

The Challenge
We wanted to set Roasted On The Rocks apart from other cafes by having an emphasis on both the coffee and the cocktail aspect of the business. We also wanted to represent the speedy, in and out service and environmentally conscious operation—supporting local coffee roasters, and only the highest quality of products and ingredients.
The Solution
By pulling pinks and warm hues in contrast to deep earthy greens and neutrals, the palette plays homage to the vibrancy of the City of New Orleans as well as the organic nature of the business. Roasted On The Rocks is focused on sustainability, high quality, and local ingredients/products.
